We are seeking skilled candidates for Quality Control and Production roles, focusing on OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) manufacturing and analytical excellence. Below are the open positions:
Quality Control – Senior Officer / Executive
- Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Sc. (Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences)
- Experience: 3-6 years
Job Description:
- Operate and maintain lab instruments: HPLC, Dissolution, D.T. Apparatus, Weighing Balance, Friability, Hardness Tester, FTIR, UV-Spectrophotometer.
- Conduct analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and stability testing.
- Support process validation and handle lab incidents, OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and analytical deviations.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and regulatory standards (EU-GMP, WHO-GMP).
Production – Officer / Senior Officer / Operator
- Qualification: B.Pharm (for Officer/Senior Officer), ITI (for Operator)
- Experience: 1-5 years in OSD manufacturing
Desired Job Profile:
- Execute batch processes in granulation, compression, and packing as per Batch Processing Records (BPR).
- Operate and clean equipment following SOPs.
- Document BPR and related records accurately.
- Perform line clearance and ensure compliance with SOPs.
- Monitor production yield to meet standard targets.
