Position: Process Trainer / Senior Process Trainer
Location: C203, 4th Floor, World Tech Tower, Phase 8B, Sector 74, Industrial Area, Mohali
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end training for new and tenured employees, ensuring timely deployment.
- Design and develop training curriculum to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training requirements and provide development support.
- Analyze audits and plan refresher training sessions.
- Utilize creative and accelerated learning techniques in training programs.
- Adapt training agendas for effective knowledge delivery.
- Conduct Training Needs Identification and Training Needs Analysis.
- Provide coaching to enhance employee performance.
- Maintain training data and measure effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
- Monitor calls to identify and address learning gaps.
Job Requirements
- Four or more years of accounts receivable experience, with at least one year as a trainer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong coaching and feedback skills.
- Understanding of United States culture and healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the latest training techniques.
- Client management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
