Position: Jr. Engineer / Jr. Executive – Store
Work Location: Ranu Tech Park, Vadodara, Gujarat
Salary: ₹2.5–3.5 Lakhs/year

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate, monitor, and report on daily store operations.
Manage employees for tasks like material inward, QC offering, storage, service material packing, and issuing materials; liaise with production to meet daily requirements.
Maintain Kanban, FIFO, 5S, and DBR standards as per store requirements.
Prepare Gate Entry, GRN, Job Work Challan, RGP/NRGP, and E-way Bills daily.
Post issued material transactions in ERP/SAP systems.
Coordinate with purchase, logistics, and service teams to fulfill requirements.
Ensure no stock mismatches and enforce store policies/procedures.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of GST, E-way Bill, and store-related compliance.

Minimum Requirements

Qualification: B.Com / Diploma (Mechanical) / B.E. (Mechanical)
Experience: 1–4 years in store/warehouse operations
Preferences:
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with GST and E-way Bill processes.
- Knowledge of Kanban, FIFO, 5S, and DBR methodologies.
- Prior experience in manufacturing/pharma store operations is a plus.
