Craving Creams is seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor. This role is critical for maintaining smooth manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and upholding strict hygiene standards in ice cream production. Skills/Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene and sanitation
- Understanding of SOPs and quality standards
- Basic Excel and reporting skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi
- Ability to manage and motivate shop-floor team
- Strong discipline, problem-solving, and ownership mindset
- Preferred: Experience in dairy, ice cream, or food manufacturing
- Preferred: Knowledge of GMP and HACCP
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily ice cream production as per targets
- Ensure SOP compliance and recipe accuracy
