Role and Responsibilities
As an HR professional at Croissance Clinical Research, you’ll contribute to building a strong workforce to support our mission of advancing healthcare through clinical research. Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting in recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
- Supporting payroll, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborating with teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
We’re looking for motivated individuals with the following:
- Experience: 0-5 years in Human Resources or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline (preferred).
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
