Job Description
We are looking for experienced professionals for our Injectable Formulation QA (IPQA Pharma) team. This position involves ensuring quality control and compliance within injectable manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Line Clearance: Oversee all activities in the injectable manufacturing process.
- Batch Records: Review, compile, and close batch manufacturing and packing records.
- Documentation: Ensure adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Shop Floor Monitoring: Verify and monitor shop floor activities from dispensing to dispatch.
- Compliance: Support manufacturing compliance through effective monitoring and documentation.
- Training: Conduct training for personnel on procedures and compliance.
- SOP Management: Prepare, review, and implement relevant SOPs and documents related to validations and qualifications of injectable lines.
- Process Validation: Manage process validation and associated documentation.
- QMS Documents: Ensure timely closure of QMS documents related to validation management and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Experience Required:
- 5 to 7 years in Injectables & Batch Release
- Strong knowledge in injectable line clearance, validation, and GMP/GDP practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Injectable Formulation QA.
- Experience with batch release, process validation, and quality management systems (QMS).
