Job Responsibilities of Injectable Filling Operator
The selected candidate will be responsible for end-to-end injectable filling operations under strict aseptic and regulatory conditions.
Key Duties:
- Equipment Setup & Operation: Operate aseptic filling lines, capping, and sterilization units as per SOPs.
- Sterilization & Sanitization: Ensure cleanliness and sterilization of all equipment and materials to prevent contamination.
- Quality Assurance: Perform in-process quality checks, including visual inspection and microbiological sampling.
- Documentation: Maintain GMP-compliant records including batch manufacturing records, logs, and deviation reports.
- Cleaning & Maintenance: Conduct daily and periodic cleaning and preventive maintenance of production equipment.
- Compliance & Safety: Follow regulatory guidelines, wear PPE, and adhere to company safety protocols.
- Troubleshooting: Identify process deviations or equipment malfunctions and resolve them promptly.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including QA, QC, and maintenance departments.
- Training: Participate in skill enhancement and regulatory training programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Suggest process optimizations to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
