1. Quality Assurance Officer (NABL Food Testing Lab)
As a Quality Assurance Officer in our NABL accredited food testing lab, you will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, implement and maintain quality management systems, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality management processes in the lab.
- Ensure adherence to NABL standards and food safety protocols.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of lab practices.
- Review and approve test results and reports.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Experience in a NABL-accredited food testing lab is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 standards.
2. Senior Microbiologist (NABL Food Testing Lab)
The Senior Microbiologist will play a critical role in analyzing and testing food samples to ensure microbiological safety and compliance with regulatory standards. This position is crucial in maintaining the integrity of our lab’s testing procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead microbiological testing of food samples.
- Develop and validate testing methods for food microbiology.
- Review test results and report findings to relevant departments.
- Ensure that all laboratory operations are in compliance with NABL standards.
- Mentor and train junior microbiologists and staff.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Microbiology or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in food microbiology, especially in NABL-accredited labs.
- Familiarity with microbiological testing techniques and equipment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Business Development Officer
The Business Development Officer will drive the growth of our business by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the food testing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in food testing and quality assurance services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
