Key Responsibilities and Required Skills:
As a core member of our toxicology team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of studies using the zebrafish model.
- Zebrafish Facility Management: You will oversee the maintenance, breeding, and overall management of our zebrafish aquatic facility according to best practices.
- Ecotoxicological Studies: Conduct hands-on studies using zebrafish as a model organism to assess the environmental impact of various substances.
- Regulatory Guideline Expertise: Demonstrate a thorough understanding and practical application of key OECD guidelines, including:
- Fish, Acute Toxicity Test (OECD TG 203)
- Fish, Early-Life Stage Toxicity Test (OECD TG 210)
- Fish Embryo Acute Toxicity (FET) Test (OECD TG 236)
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), study plans, and comprehensive study reports that meet stringent regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team environment to achieve research objectives.
