Job Opportunity: Jr. Chemist / Chemist / Sr. Chemist – Production
We are hiring Junior Chemists, Chemists, and Senior Chemists with 1–9 years of experience in API, pharma, or chemical manufacturing for our Tuni facility. Candidates with regulatory exposure (USFDA, EU-GMP) are preferred.
- Qualification: B.Sc (Chemistry) / M.Sc (Chemistry)
- Experience: 1–9 years in chemical/API/pharma production
- Department: Production
- Work Location: Kesavaram, Payakaraopeta, Anakapalli Dist., Andhra Pradesh
- Responsibilities:
- Operate reactors (SSR, GLR), centrifuges, filters (ANFD, PAND), and dryers (RCVD)
- Perform high vacuum and normal distillations per SOPs
- Handle exothermic reactions, pH adjustments, and drying processes
- Manage raw materials as per MSDS and maintain batch records
- Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping standards
- Required Skills:
- Experience with DCS/PLC systems and automated plants
- Knowledge of GMP, safety protocols, and batch manufacturing
- Proficiency in handling chemical reactions and equipment
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
