Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in employee engagement activities and events
- Support digital corporate communications, including social media strategy
- Learn content/copywriting for marketing and communication collateral
- Coordinate with external vendors/agencies and identify PR opportunities
- Assist in pitching creative ideas for internal and external communications
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Enthusiasm for learning digital communications and social media strategies
- Team player with a proactive attitude
