We are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with over a decade of experience to provide high-level support to our executive leadership. This role is central to ensuring the smooth functioning of our executive office and requires impeccable organizational skills and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and dynamic calendars for executive leadership.
• Coordinate high-level meetings and manage all travel arrangements.
• Prepare, review, and handle confidential documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring they meet industry compliance standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact between executives and stakeholders.
• Track crucial projects and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Experience: 10+ years as an Executive Assistant.
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Skills: Exceptional English communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities are essential. High proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools is required. Must demonstrate discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.

2. Information Strategist

We are seeking a visionary Information Strategist to lead our data and information management initiatives. This senior IT role is vital for aligning technology with business objectives to enhance data-driven decision-making, compliance, and overall operational efficiency in a pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust information and data governance strategies.
• Ensure all data practices align with pharmaceutical regulatory compliance and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT, Quality, and Business Units to deliver innovative, data-focused solutions.
• Lead the adoption of advanced analytics and business intelligence tools across the organization.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience: 10 to 15 years in information strategy or a related senior IT role, preferably within the pharma sector.
• Education: Minimum of a Master’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory data compliance (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11). Proven experience with data governance frameworks and analytics platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are mandatory.
