We are seeking skilled professionals for roles in Analytical QA, Instrumentation & Automation, Mechanical, Sterile Operations, and MSAT. Contribute to life-saving biologics production.

Analytical QA Associate

Ensure quality through rigorous analytical review and compliance processes.

• Experience: 3-8 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. (Science)

Skills:

• Analytical techniques, batch analytical record (BAR) review
• Handling incidents, change control, OOS, CAPA
• Knowledge of GMP and QMS

TM/TL – DP Instrumentation & Automation (I&A)

Support sterile operations with expertise in automation and instrumentation.

• Experience: 3-8 years
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology, Mechanical), B.Sc./M.Sc.

Skills:

• Vial filling, washing, tunnel, VHP, PFS, autoclave, isolator operations
• PLC, SCADA, HMI programming and troubleshooting
• QMS compliance

TM – DP Mechanical

Maintain critical equipment for injectable production lines.

• Experience: 3-8 years
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Mechanical), B.Sc./M.Sc.

Skills:

• Maintenance of vial line (washing, tunnel, filling, sealing), PFS line, autoclaves
• Troubleshooting isolators, part washers, mixing vessels, VHP pass boxes

DP – Sterile Operations/Fill Finish/QMS-DP

Execute sterile filling and sterilization operations in a GMP environment.

• Experience: 3-8 years
• Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology), B.Sc./M.Sc.

Skills:

• Drug product filling, washing, sterilization processes
• MES and QMS expertise
• GMP compliance

MSAT – DP/Injectable

Lead product transfers and process validation for biologics and injectables.

• Experience: 3-8 years
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech (Biotechnology, Biochemistry), B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Skills:

• New product introduction, technology absorption
• Trial execution, scale-up, clinical batch manufacturing
• Site-to-site product transfers, process validation
