Open Positions
We are hiring for the following roles in our Injectables Manufacturing & Packing departments:
1. Team Member – Packing
- Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in qualification for device packing and cartridge line operations.
- Experience with Auto Cartonator is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cGMP standards and USFDA regulatory environments.
- Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and compliant packing operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation per Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
2. Team Member – Manufacturing
- Qualifications: Diploma or B.Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60%)
- Experience: 3 to 8 years
- Skills Required:
- Expertise in handling filling operations for Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS) and Cartridges.
- Proficiency in complex injectable compounding, including peptide compounding.
- Exposure to Isolators, Vial Wash, Tunnel, and Autoclave operations.
- Mandatory experience in a USFDA-regulated environment.
- Responsibilities:
- Execute manufacturing processes per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with quality teams to address deviations and maintain production quality.
