Job Details: Team Member – Peptide Production
We’re urgently hiring a Team Member with 3-7 years of experience in peptide production, specializing in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or Lyophilization (LYO). Immediate joiners with expertise in CGMP compliance are preferred.

Experience
- 3-7 years in peptide production, specifically with:
- Distributed Control Systems (DCS) for process automation
- Lyophilization (LYO) for freeze-drying peptides
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor DCS for peptide synthesis and purification processes
- Execute lyophilization operations, including LYO loading/unloading and equipment maintenance
- Handle critical equipment like reverse-phase chromatography and microwave reactors
- Ensure compliance with GMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
- Perform batch record execution, material reconciliation, and yield optimization
- Participate in media fills and support USFDA regulatory audits
- Raise breakdown requests in SAP and coordinate with QC for analysis
- Maintain safety protocols to prevent accidents and report incidents promptly
Key Skills
- Hands-on experience with DCS and LYO in peptide manufacturing
- Knowledge of peptide synthesis, purification, and aseptic processing
- Familiarity with CGMP, GDP, and regulatory environments (USFDA, MHRA)
- Proficiency in SAP for maintenance and batch tracking
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and collaboration skills
