Position: SMT Trainee Technician (TT)
- Locations: Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 18-20 years (born between May 2005 and May 2007)
- Qualification: Intermediate (MPC/BIPC) passed in 2024/2025 with minimum 60% marks in all subjects (no compartmental pass, no education gap)
- Language: Fluent in Telugu, basic English understanding
- Responsibilities:
- Cleaning, material handling, equipment operations, and maintenance
- Work in 3 shifts (A, B, C) in manufacturing operations
- Benefits:
- Salary: ₹1.75 lakh CTC per annum
- Higher Education: Company-sponsored Engineering Diploma (NTTF) or Graduation
- Subsidized canteen and hostel accommodation for first 2 years (mandatory stay)
- Mandatory Commitment: 2 years of hostel stay and company-sponsored education
