We are hiring for the following position:
Position Details
- Role: QA Manager
- Qualifications: M.Pharm (preferred), M.Sc, or B.Pharm
- Experience: 4-5 years in Quality Assurance (preferably in a CRO)
Responsibilities
- Ensure clinical trials comply with study protocols and regulatory requirements
- Implement and monitor an effective Quality Management System (QMS)
- Plan, manage, and conduct internal, external, and vendor audits
- Develop and maintain a GCP-compliant SOP system and Document Management System
- Review SOPs from other departments per GCP and regulatory standards
- Ensure timely delivery of CAPAs and reporting of non-compliances
- Foster strong communication between teams to facilitate information exchange and improvements
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality strategies
- Report quality activities and key performance indicators to the Head of QA regularly
- Review deviations, change controls, and ensure effective CAPA implementation
- Manage incident documentation, review investigation reports, and assist in impact analysis
- Oversee the QA team, ensuring effective training and development
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of clinical trials and quality assurance activities
- Knowledge of current regulatory requirements for clinical trials
- Experience hosting sponsor and regulatory audits
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities
