Open Positions and Requirements

We have openings across various departments, from senior management to entry-level roles.

Production – Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager

• Experience: 10+ years in Fermentation, Upstream & Downstream processes.
• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology / Biotechnology / Biochemistry is preferred).

R&D – Asst. Manager / Manager

• Experience: 10+ years in R&D, with at least 5 years focused on probiotics.
• Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Key Skills: Strong knowledge of microbial culture techniques, fermentation, freeze-drying, and encapsulation. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for nutraceuticals and probiotics is essential.

Warehouse – Asst. Manager / Manager

• Experience: 10+ years in a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
• Qualification: M.Sc / B.Sc.
• Key Skills: Expertise in Receipts, Dispensing, Finished Goods, Audit Compliance (Regulatory & Commercial), Material Management, and Warehouse QMS.

Purchase

• Experience: 2 to 3 years.
• Qualification: B.Com / B.Sc / MBA.
• Key Skills: Vendor Management, Inventory Coordination, Documentation & Compliance, and coordination with internal departments.

Engineering

• Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI.
• Key Skills: Foundational knowledge in Electrical & Mechanical streams.
