Job Description:
API – QC:
Qualification: M.Sc.
Experience: 1-5 years
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in handling High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography (GC), Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS), and Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry (ICPMS).
- Expertise in handling raw materials (RM), intermediates, and finished products.
- Knowledge and experience with Particle Size Analyzer are highly desirable.
- The candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and standards.
API – QA:
Qualification: M.Sc.
Experience: 1-5 years
Skills Required:
- Experience in Analytical Quality Assurance (QA), Laboratory QA, and In-Process QA (IPQA).
- Proficiency in Quality Management System (QMS) for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API).
- Ability to handle Annual Product Quality Reviews (APQR), complaints, investigations, and Out of Specification (OOS) results.
- The candidate should be adept in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal quality protocols.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
API – Micro:
Qualification: M.Sc.
Experience: 1-5 years
Skills Required:
- Experience in microbial analysis, including water analysis and microbial limit testing (MLT).
- Proficiency in environmental monitoring and media preparation.
- The candidate should be well-versed in sterility testing, bioburden testing, and endotoxin testing.
- Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and aseptic techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are required.
API – Manufacturing:
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B Tech in Chemical Engineering
Experience: 2-5 years
Skills Required:
- Ability to handle unit operations on the shop floor during shifts.
- Experience in batch processing and documentation.
- Ensuring operations are in line with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and safety norms.
- Experience in handling oncology drugs, cytotoxic drugs, and small batch manufacturing.
- The candidate should have strong operational and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with production planning and inventory management.
API – Engineering:
Qualification: Diploma / BE / B Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 2-5 years
Skills Required:
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, utility maintenance, and maintenance of plant and premises.
- Proficiency in spare parts management, inventory control, and Operational Excellence (OPEX) management.
- Ability to generate and manage Management Information System (MIS) reports.
- The candidate should have strong technical and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
