Open Positions and Requirements

We are seeking skilled professionals for various departments at our OSD Plant, including Production, Engineering, IT-CSV, Quality Assurance (IPQA), Warehouse, and Packing. Below are the details of the roles, qualifications, and requirements:

Production (OSD)

Position: Officer

• Qualification: M.Pharm / B.Pharm
• Experience: 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Handle granulation, compression, and coating processes in OSD manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Monitor and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.

Position: Operator / Technician

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma
• Experience: 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Operate granulation equipment and support production activities.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Adhere to safety and GMP standards in production operations.

Quality Assurance (IPQA)

• Position: Executive / Officer
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct line clearance, AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) checks, sampling, and in-process checks.
• Monitor shop floor compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle QMS documentation, including review of BPR/BMR (Batch Production Record/Batch Manufacturing Record) and Master SOPs.
• Support validation, qualification, and APQR (Annual Product Quality Review) processes.

IT-CSV (Computer System Validation)

• Position: Executive / Officer
• Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / BCA
• Experience: 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Execute Computer System Validation (CSV) activities for pharmaceutical systems.
• Review and manage data backup processes as per defined frequency.
• Prepare CSV protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory audits.
• Maintain QMS documentation for IT systems.

Warehouse (QMS)

• Position: Officer
• Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc.
• Experience: 2 to 6 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory using SAP/ERP systems and proficiency in inventory management tools.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
• Oversee pharmaceutical warehousing operations in line with regulatory standards.

Engineering

• Position: Electrician
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical maintenance and handle breakdown repairs for production equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency of electrical systems.
• Support preventive maintenance schedules for the OSD plant.

Packing (OSD)

• Position: Operator / Technician
• Qualification: Diploma / ITI
• Experience: 1 to 5 years

Responsibilities:

• Manage primary and secondary packing operations for OSD products.
• Ensure quality control and compliance with GMP standards during packing processes.
• Operate and maintain packing machinery efficiently.

Note for Freshers

• ITI Freshers are welcome to attend the walk-in interview for relevant roles in Production, Engineering, or Packing.
