- Experience with Prep HPLC purification and peptide characterization
- Knowledge of process development, scale-up, and optimization for peptide manufacturing
- Familiarity with chromatography techniques and automated SPPS synthesizers
- Experience in oncology, cytotoxic drugs, small batch manufacturing, or solvent recovery plant (SRP) is preferred
- Ability to work in shifts and maintain regulatory compliance
