Key Responsibilities
- Production (Injectable):
- Manage batch manufacturing, aseptic operations, autoclave, and vial washing/filling
- Operate isolator/VHP-based filling areas and handle leak testing
- Ensure QMS compliance, complete BMR/BPR, and support complex skid-based operations
- Quality Assurance (OSD):
- Perform validation, qualification, and IPQA activities
- Review QC data (LIMS) and ensure compliance with cGMP standards
- Handle ITQA and documentation for regulatory audits
- Quality Control (Injectable & OSD):
- Conduct RM/PM/FP analysis using HPLC, GC, dissolution, and other instruments
- Manage QMS activities and use Empower 3/LIMS software
- Perform analytical method validation (AMV) and stability studies
- QC-Microbiology (Injectable & OSD):
- Execute media preparation, MLT, BET, sterility testing, and culture management
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM) and Vitek 2 analysis
- Review documents, investigate deviations, and ensure QMS compliance
- Production (OSD):
- Operate granulation, compression, and coating equipment (e.g., Glatt, Fette)
- Maintain online BMR/logbook documentation and troubleshoot machines
- Ensure cGMP compliance and process optimization
- Engineering (Injectable & OSD):
- Perform breakdown and machine maintenance for process equipment
- Manage water systems, HVAC, EMS/BMS, PLC, and SCADA operations
- Conduct instrumentation, automation, and calibration tasks
