Open Positions

We are hiring for the Production Department (Filling & Packing) at our Madkaim, Ponda, Goa facility. Candidates must have relevant experience in topical formulation manufacturing and knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

1. Officer / Senior Officer

• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Experience: 2–6 years in topical formulation (creams, lotions, gels, ointments)

Skills Required:

• Expertise in handling filling and packing operations for topical products
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance (USFDA, MHRA preferred)
• Proficiency in Batch Production Record (BPR) review and line clearance
• Strong manpower handling and team coordination skills
• Experience with filling and packing machines (e.g., tube fillers, cartoning machines)
• Exposure to regulatory audits and QMS (deviations, CAPA)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day filling and packing operations, ensuring cGMP compliance
• Manage batch and product changeovers, line clearance, and documentation
• Supervise operators and coordinate manpower for efficient production
• Ensure proper storage conditions per statutory and customer requirements
• Support regulatory audits and handle deviations or investigations

2. Operator

• Qualification: ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields)
• Experience: 1–4 years in topical formulation manufacturing

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in operating filling and packing machines (e.g., tube filling, cartoning, labeling)
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and equipment cleaning (CIP/SIP)
• Ability to handle breakdowns, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance
• Familiarity with topical products (creams, lotions, gels) and packing processes
• Basic documentation skills for production records

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain filling and packing equipment per SOPs
• Perform daily line clearance, cleaning, and equipment setup
• Execute batch changeovers and ensure quality during packing
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the production area
• Document activities and report issues to supervisors
