Utility – Officer
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Section: Utility Operations
- Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day utility operations.
- Familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting utility systems.
- Adherence to safety and operational standards.
Engineering (Formulation Plant) – Officer/Executive
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Section: Water System/QMS-HVAC
- Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of water system parameters.
- Handle water sampling and coordinate with QC for microbial and chemical analysis.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory standards.
Engineering (API Plant) – Executive
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5-7 years
- Section: Instrumentation
- Required Skills:
- Perform calibration and maintenance of field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level).
- Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of PLC/SCADA systems.
- Maintain documentation per GMP and audit requirements.
- Provide instrumentation support for utilities like WFI, PW, HVAC, and steam.
Key Responsibilities
- Utility Officer:
- Manage daily utility operations for seamless production.
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality protocols.
- Engineering (Formulation Plant) Officer/Executive:
- Oversee water system operations and ensure parameter compliance.
- Coordinate with QC for microbial and chemical analysis of water samples.
- Maintain adherence to cGMP and regulatory standards.
- Engineering (API Plant) Executive:
- Conduct calibration and maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Support PLC/SCADA system operations and troubleshooting.
- Ensure accurate documentation for GMP audits.
- Provide technical support for utilities like WFI, PW, and HVAC.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Qualification: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience:
- Utility Officer: 1-3 years
- Formulation Plant Officer/Executive: 2-6 years
- API Plant Executive: 5-7 years
- Skills:
- Expertise in utility operations, water systems, or instrumentation.
- Knowledge of cGMP, regulatory compliance, and QMS.
- Proficiency in PLC/SCADA systems for API roles.
- Strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
