Available Positions – Production (FML Department)

Executive / Senior Executive – Production

• Qualification: M. Pharma, M.Sc., or B. Pharma
• Experience: 3 to 5 years (preferably with USFDA-regulated organizations)

Skills Required:

• Expertise in online execution of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), documents, and logbooks.
• Hands-on exposure in DPI filling operations, vial washing, tunnel, steam sterilizer, and aseptic practices.
• Experience in media fill, cleanroom protocols, and sterile manufacturing.
• Skilled in the preparation of SOPs, BMRs, and miscellaneous production documents.
• Strong understanding of cGMP and good documentation practices.

DPI Filling Machine Technician

• Qualification: Diploma, ITI, or Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 5 years (with preference to pharma regulatory exposure)

Skills Required:

• Operation and cleaning of dry powder filling and sealing machines.
• Proficiency with glove integrity testing and particle count monitoring (online and offline).
• Knowledge of handling filters and ensuring filter integrity.
• Online entry of batch documents and logbooks.
• Adherence to aseptic procedures, cGMP standards, and sanitization protocols in sterile areas.

Packing Line Technician

• Qualification: Diploma, ITI, or Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 5 years (preferably from a regulated pharma unit)

Skills Required:

• Operation and cleaning of vial labeling machines.
• Knowledge of Hi-Cart systems.
• Experience with Track & Trace systems, including Jekson Vision software.

Technical Assistant – Production

• Qualification: Diploma, ITI, or Graduate
• Experience: 3 to 5 years in production or packaging operations
• Additional Skills: Knowledge of regulatory practices, aseptic area activities, and batch documentation procedures.
