Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Research Scientist/Principal Scientist to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for method development, method validation, and data interpretation for analysis of test compounds in different matrices.
Responsibilities
- Method development for analysis of test compound (agrochemicals and UVCB/REACH molecule) in different matrix to analyze the dose formulation samples in support to preclinical studies.
- Method validation and establishment of stability of test compounds in matrix using different analytical instruments/techniques.
- Method development and method validation to analyze the test compounds in biological matrix.
- Data interpretation and preparation of method validation and sample analysis report as per GLP requirement.
- Responsible for adherence of GLP in designated analytical labs.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry with 8 to 12 years of industrial experience.
- Strong background in analytical chemistry and method development.
- Experience in GLP compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
