Key Responsibilities
Team Leader (Mobile Lab):
- Oversee mobile lab operations for on-site food and feed testing.
- Coordinate sample collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 17025, and safety standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff; monitor KPIs and quality metrics.
Analyst – HPLC:
- Conduct HPLC-based testing for food and feed samples.
- Operate and maintain HPLC instruments; perform method validation.
- Document results accurately in compliance with GLP and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure reliable test outcomes.
Intern Microbiology:
- Assist in microbial analysis, including pathogen detection and water testing.
- Support environmental monitoring and sample preparation.
- Learn and follow standard operating procedures under supervision.
- Contribute to routine lab maintenance and documentation.
