Position: Project Management Executive

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Master’s degree in Life Sciences or Biotechnology

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

• Filling RC forms and coordinating projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Managing and organizing sales-related documentation, including:
  • Contracts
  • Proposals
  • Invoices

Sales and Documentation Management

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of:
  • Sales activities
  • Customer interactions
  • Transactions

Administrative Duties

• Scheduling and coordinating:
  • Meetings
  • Conference calls
  • Appointments
• Maintaining tender and quotation data.

Customer Interaction and Support

• Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
• Addressing customer queries via:
  • Phone
  • Email
  • In-person meetings
• Providing product information and pricing details.

Sales Collaboration

• Working with the sales team to:
  • Identify upselling opportunities.
  • Cross-sell products and services to existing customers.

Technical Skills
