Job Opportunity: Sales Support
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Support professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our Bangalore team. This role supports our sales operations and customer engagement efforts.
Sales Support
- Qualification: Master’s in Life Sciences or Biotechnology
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations, file tenders, and manage GeM portal activities
- Organize sales-related documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely responses on product information and pricing
- Liaise with customer service, finance, and logistics teams to resolve issues
- Support the sales team in identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on exceptional service
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of GeM portal and tender management
