1. Immunology
Designation: Area Manager / Sr. Area Manager
Qualification: Any Life Science Graduate
Experience: 2-6 years in IVD sales
Locations: Vellore, Trivandrum
Key Responsibilities
- Increase market share of Euroimmune products.
- Retain existing business and augment sales volume.
- Create new business opportunities through new customers and avenues.
- Participate in product demos and handle product-related queries.
- Arrange client calls/meetings and collect payments after sales.
- Achieve quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory.
2. Automation & Channel
Designation: Area Manager / Sr. Area Manager
Qualification: Any Life Science Graduate
Experience: 3+ years in IVD sales
Locations: Hyderabad, Mangalore, Madurai, Tirunelveli, Bangalore, Pondicherry
Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote IVD products in the assigned territory.
- Increase market share and retain existing business.
- Create new business opportunities through new customers and avenues.
- Participate in product demos and handle product-related queries.
- Arrange client calls/meetings and collect payments after sales.

3. Customer Support
Designation: Engineer / Sr. Engineer
Qualification: Diploma/Graduation in EEE, BE, Biomedical Engineering, ECE
Experience: 2+ years in IVD industry
Locations: Kakinada, Trichy
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and service medical diagnostic equipment.
- Provide on-site customer support and attend breakdown calls promptly.
- Collect Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Resolve technical queries and provide application support.
- Travel extensively to support customers.
4. iTrack
Designation: Application Specialist
Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech in Biochemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology
Experience: 2+ years as an Application Specialist or in a lab setting
Locations: Cochin, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Perform troubleshooting, installations, training, and evaluations.
- Provide remote and direct support for technical and application issues.

5. Marketing
Designation: Scientific Business Officer

- Develop in-depth product knowledge and promote products to clinicians and pathologists.
- Organize scientific initiatives like CMEs and RTMs in focused areas.
- Fix demo appointments with hospitals and labs.

- Follow up on leads, collect competitor details, and support patient acquisition/retention programs.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and workshops as needed.

Designation: Senior Area Manager
