Position Overview
The Medical Content and Review Specialist manages the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review process, ensuring advertising and promotional content is accurate and compliant. This role supports a dedicated client using Veeva Vault systems.
Key Responsibilities
MLR Process Management
- Oversee end-to-end MLR process for client materials.
- Schedule and lead Review Committee meetings, setting agendas.
- Document live discussions and scribe meeting minutes in Veeva Vault.
- Verify materials follow correct review paths and reject incomplete submissions.
- Support FDA 2253 submissions with regulatory partners.
Medical Content Support
- Assist in developing project plans for content creation.
- Support content uploads, including annotating and referencing in review platforms.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies.
Medical Affairs Support
- Aid Medical Affairs and Medical Information teams in managing key project plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align content with client goals.
