Production (OSD) Roles
Officer to Executive (Granulation/Compression/Packing)
- Experience: 2-5 years
- Qualification: M. Pharma/B. Pharma
Key Skills:
- Audit exposure in USFDA/EUGMP-approved companies
- Expertise in material handling and electronic batch record filling
- Proficient in SAP (PP PI), QMS, deviation, and change control
- Strong knowledge of SOPs, daily reports, and manpower handling
Technician (Granulation/Liquid & Paste Manufacturing/Packing)
- Experience: 2-6 years
- Qualification: D. Pharma/Diploma/ITI
Key Skills:
- Independent operation of granulation equipment
- Expertise in top spraying and roll compaction processes
- Proficiency in liquid filling and primary bottle packing (CVC Line)
- Strong computer skills and machine operation/cleaning
Warehouse (Injectable/OSD) Roles
Technician
- Experience: 1-3 years
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharma
Key Skills:
- Handling raw material, packing material, and finished goods dispensing
- Knowledge of warehouse operations in a regulated environment
Officer
- Experience: 2-4 years
- Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc./B. Pharma
Key Skills:
- Receipt and GRN preparation for raw and packing materials
- Expertise in SAP, WMS, and QMS systems
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
Production (Injectable) Roles
Officer to Executive
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Qualification: M.Sc./B. Pharma
Key Skills:
- Supervision of visual inspection and packing processes
- Expertise in GDP and SOP preparation
- Troubleshooting aseptic filling operations and handling NVPC/EM failures
Technician
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Qualification: ITI/Diploma
Key Skills:
- Aseptic dispensing, compounding, and visual inspection
- Proficiency in packing and labelling operations
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in USFDA/EUGMP-approved units
- Strong communication and technical skills
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and systems like SAP and QMS
