Open Roles and Responsibilities
We are seeking skilled professionals for the following roles at our Dahej facility:
API Production (Jr. Executive/Executive)
- Operate equipment like reactors, centrifuges, ANFD, dryers, and vacuum systems.
- Manage utilities such as chilled water, steam, nitrogen, and brine.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, HAZOP, and deviation handling protocols.
- Maintain QMS documents (BPR, ECR) and cleanroom standards.
- Support equipment qualification and logbook management.
Quality Assurance (Assistant Manager)
- Prepare and review SOPs, BPRs, specifications, and STPs.
- Conduct internal audits, deviation handling, and GMP/regulatory training.
- Manage document control, stability data, and vendor document reviews.
- Ensure compliance with global quality standards and regulatory audits.
Qualifications and Experience
To excel in these roles, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry), B.E./B.Tech. (Chemical Engineering).
- Experience:
- Production: 3-7 years in Pharma/API industries.
- QA: 8-12 years in Pharma/API industries with regulatory audit experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of GMP, equipment handling, safety protocols, and QMS documentation.
- Preferred: Proven track record in regulatory audits (e.g., EU GMP, US FDA).
