Job Role: Support Trainee
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Work from Office)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers, preferably male)
Work Mode: Willing to work in shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support for clinical research platforms and tools.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring system uptime.
- Collaborate with teams to support data management and software processes.
- Document issues, resolutions, and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to SOPs and regulatory standards in a GxP-compliant environment.
Requirements
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), B.Sc (Computer Science), MCA, M.Tech
- Year of Passing: 2023, 2024, 2025
- Eligibility: Minimum 60% aggregate in academics, no active backlogs
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of application support and IT troubleshooting
- Familiarity with clinical research systems (preferred)
- Ability to work in 24/7 shifts
