What You’ll Do
As a Trainee, you will be working hands-on with plant equipment and learning how to handle materials and monitor processes in shifts. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:
- Operate Plant Equipment: Gain the skills to physically operate various plant machinery. Learn to troubleshoot and fix minor problems on your own! 💡
- Follow cGMP Guidelines: Adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) is essential in pharma. You’ll be responsible for maintaining online records and ensuring equipment cleanliness as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Housekeeping & Safety: Your role will include ensuring cleanliness and safety in the plant. Adhering to personal hygiene standards and safety norms will be top priorities, including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like goggles, gloves, and helmets.
Build Your Skills in the Industry
Working at Malladi, you’ll become familiar with various chemicals and their Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS). This is crucial knowledge for anyone entering the pharmaceutical world. You’ll also learn how to monitor plant parameters and troubleshoot any deviations that occur during the process.
Coordination and Communication
In this role, communication is key! You’ll be reporting any deviations or abnormalities to your superiors, ensuring that the plant runs smoothly. Since this is a shift-based job, you’ll be working different hours and passing on the baton to the next shift. Before ending your shift, it’s crucial to give a detailed handover to the next person.
