Job Responsibilities:

• Process cases (data entry) from various sources.
• Initiate, track, and manage follow-up activities.
• Manage medical information calls/inquiries, including receipt, response, follow-up, coordination with stakeholders, tracking, and closure.
• Document cases and inquiries appropriately.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English.
• Shift timings: 13:00 to 22:00 hours.
• High level of professionalism.
