Join our Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety Surveillance team to ensure compliance and patient safety through case management and regulatory processes.

- Work Type: Full-time, rotational shifts
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Affiliate Mailbox and reconcile reports per process.
- Perform case identification, data entry, and MedDRA coding.
- Process and submit Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Conduct follow-ups for serious and non-serious cases.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines and global regulations.
Key Skills
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
- Understanding of pharmaceuticals and clinical research.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within a team.
What We’re Looking For
We seek motivated individuals with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree and up to 1 year of experience. You’ll work under close supervision, solving routine problems with established guidelines.
