Job Details

• Position: Sales & Marketing Specialist – Plasticware
• Location: New Delhi
• Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in biotech, pharmaceutical, and research sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective strategies.

Marketing & Promotion

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote plasticware products.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Plan and participate in industry exhibitions, webinars, and promotional events.

Customer Engagement & Support

• Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers.
• Address client queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the product development team to align marketing strategies with customer needs.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Biotechnology or Life Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably in plasticware, laboratory consumables, or biotech products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales & marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
• Willingness to travel across India for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
