Genotypic is looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our Products & Services Sales Team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales within their designated areas by generating leads, converting them into customers, and maintaining strong relationships. Location: Bengaluru
Experience: 6 Months to 1 Year
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential customers to drive business growth.
- Convert leads into clients through effective communication, presentations, and detailed proposals.
- Craft tailored proposals with clear pricing, deliverables, timelines, and terms.
- Manage relationships through structured follow-ups and consistent client engagement.
- Coordinate with finance and clients for accurate invoicing and timely payments.
- Conduct market awareness through trend analysis, competitor tracking, and customer insights to refine business strategies.
Skills Required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive documents.
- Knowledge of genomics.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strategic planning and a passion for sales.
Job Requirements:
- B.Sc or M.Sc in Life Sciences.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience (genomics exposure preferred).
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive growth.
