As a Lab Technician at Genotypic, you will play a vital role in our laboratory operations, ensuring precision, quality, and efficiency in all tasks. This role demands a meticulous approach to maintaining and calibrating lab equipment, conducting experiments, and ensuring accurate data collection. You will also assist in implementing quality control procedures, contributing to the overall reliability of our testing and analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality Control & Assurance
- Follow Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) protocols to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability in all lab operations.
- Equipment Maintenance
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and instruments, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- Experimentation
- Execute basic experiment standard protocols and procedures with strong attention to detail.
- Sample Preparation
- Prepare samples for testing and analysis, ensuring proper labeling, storage, and adherence to lab protocols.
- Quality Control Implementation
- Assist in implementing quality control measures to ensure the reliability of test results and contribute to continuous quality improvement.
- Inventory Management
- Monitor and manage laboratory supplies and reagents, assisting in ordering materials as needed to ensure smooth lab operations.
