What Are We Looking For?
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from any discipline (except Law) 🎓
- Freshers are welcome! No prior experience is needed.
- If you have up to 2 years of experience in a voice process, you’re also a great fit!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, with a neutral accent 🌍
- Effective probing and analytical skills to understand and resolve customer concerns

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a member of the customer service team, you’ll:
