Job Description:
Genpact is excited to announce a mega walk-in drive for the role of Customer Service: Voice Roles (English) at our Hyderabad location. We are looking for enthusiastic graduates from any discipline, except Law, to join our team. This opportunity is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to one year of experience in voice processes.
As a part of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in handling customer queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting data collection efforts to facilitate account recovery for end-users, maintaining a deep understanding of client processes and policies, reproducing customer issues, and escalating product bugs when necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries and concerns, providing comprehensive support and solutions.
- Data Collection: Assist in data collection to enable the recovery of accounts for end-users, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Process Adherence: Maintain a thorough understanding of client processes and policies, ensuring compliance in all interactions and tasks.
- Issue Resolution: Reproduce customer issues accurately and advance product bugs to the relevant teams for resolution.
- Customer Service Excellence: Strive to provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs effectively and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (except Law). Freshers and candidates awaiting results are eligible to apply.
- Experience: Candidates with up to one year of experience in voice processes are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral English accent is required.
