Role: Customer Service (Voice)

Experience Required: 0-1 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate (Postgraduates are not eligible)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries and concerns.
- Support data collection for account recovery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies.
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Exhibit critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Showcase a strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (excluding Law).
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Freshers are eligible.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in voice/non-voice processes are also eligible.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Effective probing and analytical skills.
- Customer-centric approach.
- Excellent proficiency in written English with a neutral accent.
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts.
