Job Description
- Respond to customer queries and concerns
- Support data collection to enable account recovery
- Maintain a deep understanding of client processes and policies
- Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
- Provide excellent customer service
- Exhibit critical thinking and analysis
- Showcase a proven work ethic, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Qualifications
Minimum:
- Graduate (Any Discipline except Law)
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience in voice/non-voice processes are eligible
Preferred:
- Effective probing and analytical skills
- Excellent proficiency with written English and a neutral English accent
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shifts
