Open Position: Quality Assurance – Validations
This full-time role is based at our Unit 2 facility in Pashamylaram, Telangana. We are looking for candidates who can bring their expertise to our dedicated QA team.

Your Role and Key Responsibilities
As part of the QA Validations team, you will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and reviewing the Validation Master Plan and master validation schedule.
- Developing and reviewing SOPs related to all validation activities.
- Authoring, reviewing, and approving executed validation protocols and reports.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to supervise and execute validation activities.
- Reviewing facility, utility, and equipment layouts and drawings.
- Conducting SOP, GxP, and on-the-job training for the validation team.
- Participating in the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) of new equipment.
- Handling new projects, assessing deviations, and managing change control procedures.
- Ensuring all validation activities adhere to cGMP compliance.
- Managing the maintenance and archival of all validation documentation.
- Participating in self-inspections, as well as customer and regulatory audits.
- Ensuring compliance with Data Integrity requirements and escalating issues appropriately.
