We are seeking dedicated candidates for roles in our injectable manufacturing and packing operations. Below are the open positions at Unit-II, Pashamylaram:
Production (Injectables, Ophthalmic, Lyophilization)
- Qualification: Diploma, B.Sc., B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 0-3 years (freshers welcome)
Required Skills:
- Expertise in compounding, aseptic operations, and equipment troubleshooting with a solution-oriented approach.
- Roles include dry powder filling operators, vial sealing, line chemist, and compounding.
- Cleaning operators and filling operators for sterile areas.
- Knowledge of cGMP compliance, BPCR review, and online documentation in logbooks.
Packing (Injectables, Ophthalmic, Lyophilization)
- Qualification: B.Sc., M.Sc., B.Pharmacy
- Experience: 3-5 years
Required Skills:
- Operation and cleaning of labeling machines (ampoule & vial) and packing equipment, including PFS-Groninger, PFS-Uhlmann, Track and Trace (NKP & Optel), Autocartonator (IMA PG A1/A3), and Syntegon cartridge machines.
- Maintain good housekeeping and complete online documentation in logbooks.
- Operate equipment during periodic qualification stages.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs during equipment operation and cleaning.
