Production – Sterile Injectables
- Qualifications: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / M.Sc. / M.Pharm
- Experience: 3–6 years in sterile injectables (vials, ampoules, PFS, bag line, lyophilization, dry powder)
- Salary: ₹3.5–7.5 Lakhs/year (estimated, Pashamylaram, based on role and experience)

- Operators: Vial Washing, Ampoule Filling, PFS Filling, Bag Line, Dry Powder Filling, Autoclave, Vial Sealing, Compounding, Filtration
Required Skills
- Expertise in compounding, aseptic operations, and equipment troubleshooting (solution-oriented).
- Hands-on experience in vial washing, ampoule/PFS filling, bag line operations, dry powder filling, autoclave operations, and vial sealing.
- Knowledge of ANDA projects and QMS activities (FCR, DCR, BPCR preparation, SOP drafting, Trackwise).
- Proficiency in compounding and filtration per batch manufacturing records (BMR).
- Ensuring cleanliness of compounding areas, APA (Aseptic Processing Area), and material pass/component areas.
- Online documentation and adherence to cGMP and GDP.
Preferences
- Experience in USFDA, EMA, or PMDA audited sterile injectable plants.
- Familiarity with lyophilization, PFS, or bag line operations.
- Knowledge of ICH Q8–Q10 and data integrity standards.
