Detailed Job Responsibilities
Quality Assurance
- Ensure site-wide implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) aligned with regulatory standards.
- Review and approve validation protocols and reports for equipment, processes, cleaning, and CSV.
- Conduct Analytical Quality Assurance (AQA) reviews of laboratory documents and data for accuracy.
- Lead investigations for deviations, Out-of-Specification (OOS), and Out-of-Trend (OOT) events.
- Drive timely and effective Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to maintain compliance.
Quality Control – Microbiology
- Perform routine microbiological testing to ensure product safety and quality.
- Conduct environmental monitoring to comply with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Analyze samples using advanced microbiological techniques to meet stringent standards.
- Maintain detailed records of all testing procedures and results for audits.
Quality Control
- Execute wet analysis using tools like IR, UV, and pH meters for precise results.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Support analytical method validation and ensure data integrity in all processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline quality control workflows.
In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)
- Perform line clearances to ensure manufacturing areas meet quality standards.
- Conduct in-process checks during compounding as per Batch Process Control Records (BPCR).
- Verify compliance with product specifications during manufacturing stages.
- Support real-time quality checks to prevent deviations and ensure product consistency.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: B.Pharma, M.Sc, or M.Pharma in relevant disciplines.
- Experience: 0-5 years for Quality Control roles; 2-5 years for Quality Assurance and IPQA roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in injectable manufacturing processes and cGMP guidelines.
- Expertise in validation protocols, deviation investigations, and CAPA implementation.
- Familiarity with analytical tools (IR, UV, pH) and microbiological testing methods.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
