Open Positions and Key Requirements

We are hiring for the following leadership and operational roles in our Production department.

Production – Line-Incharge

• Experience: 10+ Years
• Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Sc / M.Pharma

Required Skills:

• Efficiently plan and manage production schedules to ensure optimal utilization of manpower.
• Lead the handling of QMS events (Deviations, Incidents) with thorough investigations and propose effective CAPAs.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (QA, QC, Engineering) to ensure timely delivery of outputs.
• Identify and implement strategies to minimize production downtimes and reduce rejection rates.
• Demonstrate hands-on experience in facing regulatory (USFDA, MHRA, etc.) and customer audits, leading the team to maintain a state of continuous compliance.

Production – Chemist to Executive

• Experience: 2 to 6 Years
• Qualification: B.Pharma / M.Sc / M.Pharma

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in compounding, aseptic operations, and maintaining aseptic behaviors.
• Proficient in equipment troubleshooting with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Meticulous in ensuring online documentation and adherence to cGMP standards.
• Skilled in coordinating with Cross-Functional Teams (CFT) for smooth operations.
