Open Positions at MPSF Plant (Unit-II)
Production Department
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Skills: Expertise in compounding, aseptic operations, vial sealing, dry powder filling, and troubleshooting equipment. Proficiency in batch manufacturing record (BMR) compliance, filtration, APA documentation, and cross-functional team coordination.
- Responsibilities: Manage compounding and filtration, ensure area cleanliness, handle online documentation, and support solution-oriented process improvements.
Microbiology Department
- Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Skills: Environmental monitoring (sterile/non-sterile areas), sterility testing of finished products and APIs, MLT, BET, and QMS activities. Strong knowledge of record review and regulatory compliance.
- Responsibilities: Conduct sterility testing, review environmental monitoring records, and ensure adherence to QMS standards.
